A fabricator built around drawings.
MIRU GRC casts architectural GFRC at E-1 (A) RIICO Industrial Area, Ranpur, Kota, Rajasthan 325003. We are a MIXD Studio by RMT company, and we work the way engineers do: the drawing set is the contract, the 3D model is the truth, and every batch on the floor is logged against the panel it becomes.
Airports, government buildings, universities, hospitals and corporate facades are in production at the facility today, from faceted rainscreen panels to full-height column shells, domes and shikhars.
Digital production system
Casting reports, batch ledgers, mold costing, QC logs and dispatch challans are generated by our own production software, live from the floor.
Exact-3D drawing pipeline
Client DWG sets are rebuilt into precise 3D models before mold work begins, so what gets cast matches what was drawn.
In-house test lab
A universal testing machine runs flexural tests to ASTM C947 against internal acceptance targets of MOR 12 N/mm² and LOP 6 N/mm².
CNC mold shop
Profiles, jali patterns and ornament are machined directly into mold patterns, keeping repeat elements identical across a run.
The factory, measured.
from our production system, July 2026Drawings to site.
Survey and shop drawings
Issued GFC sets are verified and rebuilt as shop drawings with element typing.
Exact 3D and molds
Each element is modeled to the millimetre, broken into castable pieces, and its molds engineered in-house.
Casting and curing
Spray-up GFRC in controlled 100 kg batches, every batch tied to the panel it cast.
Testing and QC
Twice-daily spray calibration plus flexural testing to ASTM C947.
Dispatch and installation
Itemised challans, tracked transport and installation support on site.
Quality you can audit.
Every batch is logged against the panel it cast. Fibre content is calibrated twice a day, and material consumption is reconciled against stock every evening.
AR-glass fibre comes from Nippon Electric Glass and Owens Corning. Casting reports, batch ledgers and calibration logs are available for any dispatch.
Spray-up, no-polymer mix · third-party and NABL-accredited reports arranged on request
Material honesty, measured twice a day: no-polymer spray-up GFRC, AR-glass fibre from Nippon Electric Glass and Owens Corning.
